Effect of Different Bacterial Fertilizers on Soil Carbon Mineralization

نویسندگان

چکیده

In this study, aimed to investigate the effect of bacterial fertilizer: A (Bacillus spp., Trichoderma spp. ), B (Azorhizobium, Azotobacter and Azospirillum) C (Azotobacter Bacillus Pseudomonas putida) on soil carbon mineralization. On application A, fertilizers sterilized control soil, whose initial mineralization rates is 1.1%, 5.12%, 3.54%, 10.78% were respectively recorded. According these results, it was observed that fertilizer increased rate by 365.45%, 221.82% 880%, respectively. 7.03%, 6.15% 12.95% recorded in non-sterilized sample 5.1%, thereby increasing 25.31%, 9.63% 130.84%. The found increase rate. It recommended incorporate with CO2- sequestering materials, such as biochar, mitigate fluctuations natural balance due release.

Effect of different carbon sources on community composition of bacterial enrichments from soil.

Soil is a highly heterogeneous matrix, which can contain thousands of different bacterial species per gram. Only a small component of this diversity (maybe <1%) is commonly captured using standard isolation techniques, although indications are that a larger proportion of the soil community is in fact culturable. Better isolation techniques yielding greater bacterial diversity would be of benefi...

Rhizosphere priming effects on soil carbon and nitrogen mineralization

Living roots and their rhizodeposits affect microbial activity and soil carbon (C) and nitrogen (N) mineralization. This so-called rhizosphere priming effect (RPE) has been increasingly recognized recently. However, the magnitude of the RPE and its driving mechanisms remain elusive. Here we investigated the RPE of two plant species (soybean and sunflower) grown in two soil types (a farm or a pr...

Bacterial Diversity in Soil in Response to Different Plants, Phosphate Fertilizers and Liming

The diversity of bacterial isolates from soil in response to different plants (control, Brachiaria ruziziensis and Cajanus cajan), fertilization (control, simple superphosphate and rock phosphate) and liming (with and without lime) was evaluated. Phenotypic and physiological characteristics of the isolates were recorded and organized in a file to identify the bacteria. Among the isolates, 95% w...
